IE7 CSS Support Update

The IEBlog has an article on CSS Changes for the shipping version of IE7. There is a nice list of bugs that have been fixed that reads like a list of Scooby Doo episodes.

Pleased to see that min/max width/height support has finally been added. I am sure I read somewhere that they weren’t going to bother but it looks like have, bless them.

There is also mention of a developer toolbar for IE7. I have used the IE6 one that they put out and it pails compared to the Firefox one. I reckon this is where the big difference is for me… Firefox, by its open source community nature, has loads of community folk beavering away at plug-ins. I suppose it is inevitable as all of the nerds switch to Firefox that they are going to be writing stuff for it and not IE… We’ll see.
